Darren De Palo: Founder
Darren De Palo, a Florida State graduate with over ten years of experience in custom signs and graphics, founded MD Custom Signs & Tinting in 2008 (Name has since been rebranded to MD Custom Signs & Designs). Darren saw a need for a strong, reliable sign shop in the area and built just that. Darren specializes in vehicle and boat wraps and graphics. He is meticulous and works until the job is perfect. Darren also specializes in custom signage, glass etching, neon, murals and sign installations.

Robert Matthews: Executive Creative Director

Robert Matthews graduated with honors from Digital Media Arts College with a degree in Graphic and Web Design. He has extraordinary creativity and vision. He views his work as his artistic expression. Robert specializes in business rebranding and offers logo design, business cards, print media, and more. He is also skilled in vehicle and boat designs, custom graphics and signage, print media, and window graphics.

Kim Barber: Office Manager
Kim Barber is an exceptional manager and loving mother of 5 boys. She makes sure the business is running smoothly and keeps the shop in tip-top shape. Kim prides herself on her compassionate, professional approach with clients and employees. She specializes in accounting, bookkeeping, and organization.

Ashley Matthews graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with degrees in Communication Studies and History in 2014. She has extensive retail and promotions experience. Ashley strives for perfection and is gifted in her way with words. Ashley specializes in building relationships within the community and social media.
